Reboots are cheap

I don’t really care what color Dante’s hair is.  What bugs me is when a publisher decides they want to release a new game without the risk associating with creating a new IP.  I felt similarly about Silent Hill: Shattered Memories.  Cashing in on a fan base is lame, and prevents the game from truly being standing on its own.  And why, since The Dark Knight, does every reboot idea have to revolve around gritty crime dramas.

The original Dante. No. Wait. I'm all mixed up again.
